Taismo: Resident Encounter (intro pt 2)

Tails awoke with his eyes still closed. A dream? he thought. "NO... NOOO.." Tails shouted. It cant be it felt so real. Then he heard a familiar voice. "Tails!! get up!!!" it was Cosmo and she sounded scared. just then they heard voices around them, Wow it worked... -Incredible do you see the readings on that plant?.. -we did it, an inter dimensional wormhole... Tails opened his eyes and looked around. He first saw Cosmo as her ghostly self, then he noticed he was in some sort of warehouse. as he looked at the men who were talking, he noticed most of them were in bio suits and there were about 50 of them. but then something caught his eye. a logo on the bio suits. kind of like an umbrella, as if you were looking top down on it. He also noticed the presence of someone observing from the floor above.

Tails was extremely sore and tired, he could barely stand as he watched one of the men walk over to Cosmo and pick up the flower and start carrying it away, ignoring the fact there was a two tailed fox there. "Tails help!!" "COSMO!!!" tails struggled to get up as the scientists looked back surprised. "It talks?" Tails stood up and started running slowly yelling "You let Cosmo Go". "Oh how cute he named it." the scientists laughed. it was apparent they couldn't see her and Tails was now filled with rage and threw a punch at the scientist, he dodged it and Tails fist met the wall shattering the cement on it. one of the guards shot at him hitting Tails in his right tail. The bullet went threw but it sent pain through the length of his tail.

Tails then ran up to the one who shot and landed a solid blow to the jaw. The mans jaw snapped in half to the force and all his teeth went flying as he fell over to the floor dead. The rest of them panicked as their only armed guard was simply killed. They all started fleeing the building, Tails was forced to watch as they took Cosmo away hearing her scream for him. They shut the door behind them, Tails soon burst through it and followed the small squad of men with Cosmo up the stairs.

When he got to the roof the heli was already taking off. he ran and jumped for the heli leaping about 11 feet into the air after it. although his effort he missed and fell to the ground. He heard Cosmo one last time scream his name as he yelled back "Cosmo ill find you, no matter what it takes!!!!" with that he took all his rage and misery from losing her again and punched the ground shattering it but at the same time breaking his knuckles. "NO NOT AGAIN." Tails sobbed. "why can I never protect her..." hunched over he took his left hand and popped the broken knuckles back in place.

He then heard a voice behind him, "I'm sorry for your loss, i know an organization that may be able to help you." he turned around and saw a fairly large man standing there with his pistol sitting lazily by his side. "Who are you?" Tails said, about ready to strike. "My name is Chris. Chris Redfield."
